Retirement Systems Reciprocal Act

The Reciprocal Act requires a minimum of 12 months of service credit with any single reciprocal system to apply the service toward a reciprocal pension unless you meet the teacher aide exception discussed in this IMRF publication. See pages 3 and 4 for details. |
